Brasserie Fritz sits high in Tower B of The Troika, part of the Troika Sky Dining group alongside Strato, Fuego and Mr Chew's. The room mixes curved velvet banquettes, round tables and tall windows over the KLCC skyline, and there is a separate private dining room with a long marble table for larger parties.
The current carte reads like a classic brasserie. Start with escargots de Bourgogne baked in garlic butter, onion soup with Gruyère toast or the baked truffle soup under puff pastry. Mains include steak au poivre with pommes Fritz, confit de canard, bouchée à la reine and a lamb shank blanquette, while beef Wellington and dry-aged duck breast are carved for two. Crêpes Suzette and a Cognac-flambéed crème brûlée are finished at the table, and the seafood bar sends out platters of oysters, prawns and lobster.
It suits a celebration, a date with a view or a group sharing the larger cuts. Book through the Umai link or WhatsApp; dinner runs from 6pm and the bar opens at 5pm. A three-course plat du jour changes monthly at RM65++, and high tea runs daily from 3pm.
