Plaisance is the Hong Kong outpost of Mauro Colagreco, whose Mirazur in Menton sits on the French Riviera border. The first-floor dining room at 1 Duddell Street takes the sea as its theme, with mother-of-pearl trims, turquoise tones and a sculpted swirl of metal fish overhead. Colagreco visits regularly, and the restaurant holds one Michelin star in the 2026 guide.
Menus follow the seasons and the moon-led growing calendar Colagreco uses in France, so dishes change often. Recent highlights include pigeon with pomelo, confit porcini with crisp chicken skin and liver parfait, and Challans duck with quince and juniper-scented red cabbage. Seafood is a strength, from brown crab with Oscietra caviar to delicate fish courses, and the wine list leans heavily on French growers.
Lunch runs from a three-course set at HK$688 to six courses, and dinner tasting menus start at HK$1,488, plus 10% service. It suits a special dinner or an unhurried business lunch. Book through SevenRooms. The ground-floor P Lounge serves a more casual bistro menu and cocktails, and the basement Club Plaisance is for members.
