About

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon has been part of The Landmark in Central for nearly two decades, and returned in summer 2025 to a new, much larger space in Landmark Atrium. Counter seats still face the open kitchen, now joined by an outdoor terrace that carries on the old Le Jardin idea, a far bigger wine cellar and several private rooms. It earned two stars in the 2026 Michelin Guide Hong Kong.

Executive chef Julien Tongourian keeps the Robuchon signatures close. Look for the Imperial caviar from Sologne, truffled langoustine ravioli, blue lobster served with the famous mashed potato, and Wagyu beef, plus a beetroot tart to start. The bread basket is a draw in itself, and the dessert trolley closes the meal.

Sit at the counter for a date or take a private room for a celebration. Expect roughly HK$1,500–3,000 a head depending on the menu. Book through SevenRooms. The group also runs Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon cafés at ifc mall and Elements.
