Christophe Lerouy, who trained in his native Alsace, runs this sleek dining room on Mohamed Sultan Road, where most seats look straight into the open kitchen. The restaurant moved here in 2024 and holds one star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Singapore. A small bar near the entrance is set up for a drink before or after the meal.
There is no printed menu. Under the Carte Blanche format you pick the number of courses, tell the team about allergies and dislikes, and the kitchen decides the rest, so dishes change often. Lunch runs to three or five courses and dinner to four or six. Past plates have included salt-baked cabbage and Ora King salmon, and the cooking mixes French technique with unexpected flavour pairings.
It suits a special-occasion dinner, a date or a solo meal at the counter. The whole table must order the same menu, and bookings need a credit card. Reserve online or through Chope; it opens Wednesday to Saturday only, with some extra Tuesdays.
