Bistro du Vin opened in 2009 under the Les Amis Group and has become one of Orchard's steadiest French addresses. The Shaw Centre room is styled after a bistro in France, with wooden furniture, vintage posters and memorabilia on the walls, and the menu changes with the seasons.
The autumn 2026 carte opens with Burgundy snails in parsley and garlic butter, French onion soup under Gruyère, sautéed frog legs and duck rillettes. Mains include Toulouse-style cassoulet with duck confit, sausage and pork belly, beef cheek braised for twelve hours in red wine, crisp duck leg confit with figs, and a Charentais seafood stew. Mussels in Normandy cider and cream come as a starter or with fries. Baked Vacherin Mont d'Or is a sharing option in season.
It suits a business lunch, a family dinner or a quiet evening with a bottle of French wine. Set lunches run S$42++ to S$48++ on weekdays. Book through OpenTable. A second Bistro du Vin operates at 56 Zion Road.
