Odette sits in the former Supreme Court wing of the National Gallery and is named after chef Julien Royer's grandmother. It holds three stars in the 2026 Michelin Guide Singapore. After a three-month refit it reopened in December 2025 with ember and beige tones, a marble wine counter and paper sculptures by artist Dawn Ng.
Dining is by tasting menu only. The Epicure menu runs to seven courses, and there is a five-course Terre & Mer lunch and a vegetarian Nature & Découverte option. Recent dishes include the long-running mushroom tea, Hokkaido botan ebi with caviar, langoustine in a dumpling skin with Périgord truffle and aged duck, with the Hazelnu-t-ella dessert to finish. The cellar holds around 1,200 labels, and there is a non-alcoholic pairing too.
This is a place for milestone dinners and important lunches, with lunch menus from about S$368 a head. Book well ahead through the website, as tables fill weeks out; seatings are fixed and it is closed on Sundays.
