Jullien opened in October 2025 on the ground floor of Pacific Place, just behind Galeries Lafayette, as the latest concept from Artisan Kuliner Group. The room is styled like a 1930s train carriage, with a bronze canopy outside, mahogany panelling, curved windows and a mirrored bar, and the branding borrows the bold line drawings of French illustrator Jean Jullien, after whom it is named.
Corporate chef Ika Rizqi Pradana cooks hearty, bistro-style French food rather than fine dining, with bread and sauces made in house. Look for the 24-hour brined roast chicken with fricassée butter sauce, duck leg confit on Lyonnaise potatoes with au poivre sauce, escargots, entrecôte and filet mignon au poivre, and finish with the chocolate fondant or baba au rhum. Signature cocktails include the Julien 75 and a croissant-infused bourbon martini.
Open from 7am daily, it works for a business breakfast or lunch in SCBD as well as an evening meal, and a jazz band plays most nights. There are three private dining rooms, the largest seating fourteen, and the main room holds about 120. Book for weekend dinners.
