Nissa la Bella is the Pastis group's tribute to Nice, set at street level on Upper Station Street with a pavement terrace, red banquettes, wooden furniture and old travel posters. It runs as a wine bar with French snacks at one end and a full brasserie at the other, and stays open from late morning to midnight every day.
The 2026 carte mixes Riviera dishes with Paris bistro staples. From the south come pissaladière with caramelised onions, anchovies and olives, a Nissa salad with tuna, green beans and quail egg, and a tuna tartare à la niçoise with capers and basil. Elsewhere there are gougères au Comté, a house pâté de campagne, Burgundy snails, beef bourguignon with mash and a sole meunière for two. Finish with baba au rhum or tarte tatin.
It suits an easy lunch, after-work drinks or a weekend meal with friends. The weekday lunch is HK$188 for two courses or HK$228 for three, there is a 3–6pm happy hour, and a five-course bistro menu at HK$488 for the whole table. Book through Bistrochat. Sister venues include Racines and Café Claudel.
